Here’s a St. Patrick’s Day cocktail recipe from Bailey’s that sounds really yummy! It’s made from the new Bailey’s with a Hint of Coffee.
Irish Margarita
1 1/2 ounces Baileys with a hint of Coffee
3/4 ounces Don Julio Añejo Tequila
1 generous scoop of vanilla ice cream (softened)
3/4 ounce half & half
3-4 ice cubes
Combine ingredients in a blender and pour in a tall glass.

YUM!! a bunch of my friends and i are plannin on throwing a simple st. patty’s drinks party. I’m gonna have to add this to the list, on top of the Green St. Patty’s beer and beer margaritas! Delish!
