St. Patrick’s Day traditionally celebrates the wearing o’ the green and all things Irish. In addition to Irish Coffee, you can serve some traditional Irish or St.Patrick’s Day fare. Some are old favorites and others are new recipes.
Here are a few ideas with links to their recipes:
- Roast Leg of Lamb
- Irish Potato Pie
- Corned Beef & Cabbage (This is the recipe I use and it’s absolutely divine).
- Irish Soda Bread
- Shepherd’s Pie
- Irish Cream
- Irish Stew
- Dublin Coddle
- Irish Buttermilk Scones
- Baked Cabbage with Apples
- Smoked Salmon with Watercress Salad
- Lamb and Stout Casserole
- Guiness Corned Beef
- Beer Braised Corn Beef with Red Potatoes and Carrots
- Strawberry Rhubarb Irish Crumble
