The 2008 Super Bowl is right around the corner, which means it’s time to start planning that Super Bowl Party! Woohoo!

I would love to hear what you have planned for the Super Bowl and for you to share party ideas, recipes and anything Super Bowl Party related. I’m a huge football fan, so even though my team (Cowboys *sniff sniff*) won’t be playing, I’ll still be watching because it’s just something I look forward to every year.

Alright, send them in! I want to hear how you are going to celebrate.

We usually just have a small party, with easy appetizers like nachos, and chicken wings. This year I’m going to try some mini pizza bites I saw a recipe for, made with crescent rolls rolled out, and topped with a thin layer of pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheese. Then roll it up (like a cinnamon roll) and cut off 1″ pieces. Lay the cut side down on a cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes. I think I might make them this weekend so I can post the recipe with a photo (and I’ll know how they’ll turn out before party day).

I wish I could say we did something exciting. Maybe if it wasn’t on a Sunday night?
