We usually just have a small party, with easy appetizers like nachos, and chicken wings. This year I'm going to try some mini pizza bites I saw a recipe for, made with crescent rolls rolled out, and topped with a thin layer of pizza sauce, pepperoni, and cheese. Then roll it up (like a cinnamon roll) and cut off 1" pieces. Lay the cut side down on a cookie sheet and bake about 10 minutes. I think I might make them this weekend so I can post the recipe with a photo (and I'll know how they'll turn out before party day).

I wish I could say we did something exciting. Maybe if it wasn't on a Sunday night?
