A Couple Cinco De Mayo Recipes

I’ve been craving the food at my favorite local Mexican restaurant for the last couple days. Since Cinco De Mayo is just around the corner I thought I’d share a few recipes.
Here are two recipes for your Cinco De Mayo celebration courtesy of Jose Cuervo. Either recipe would also be wonderful for your summer parties, or backyard barbecues.
Frozen Strawberry Margarita
1.5 oz. Jose Cuervo Especial
3 oz. Jose Cuervo Lime Margarita Mix
Handful of fresh or frozen strawberries
½ cup of crushed ice
Sugar
Fresh strawberry for garnish
Rub the rim of a margarita glass with lime and dip into sugar.
