A friend of ours has a hayride and a bonfire every fall, and it’s tons of fun for the adults and for the kids. We all bring a covered dish. but we also cook over the bonfire.
The dishes are all set up on a makeshift table made from boards and logs back by the fire ring.

Some of the kid’s favorites to cook on the bonfire include:

Hot dogs, don’t forget the mustard, ketchup, and buns!

In the fall and winter I like to spice up my parties, and since I’m a big fan of Southwestern cuisine I love spicy nachos, quesadillas, salsas, and guacamole dips.
