What Are You Celebrating In December?

December is a huge month for celebrating, at least it is here in the US. There are several holidays in other cultures too during the month of December. It’s one of my favorite times of the year.
Here are just a few of the things you can celebrate during December. If you have a celebration coming up and it’s not on the list, please feel free to add it to the comment section.

What Are You Celebrating In August?

August seems to be an in between month. Everyone is starting to gear up for fall, back to school, and winding up their summer barbecues. People are starting to think forward toward the holidays if they’re planning a party.
There aren’t many holidays or events to celebrate in August, but it’s a great time to get started planning your Halloween, Harvest, Christmas or New Years Eve parties. Do you find it weird that the Bowling Green Kentucky Police Department is giving you party planning advice? I did, until I watched the video and realized what they are saying.
It’s a good message about making sure your guests are safe from walking out the door with too much alcohol in their system. I would hate to ever be responsible for someone causing a wreck after leaving a party from my house. Be a responsible host and make sure your guests have fun but can also drive themselves home safely.
