In the fall and winter I like to spice up my parties, and since I’m a big fan of Southwestern cuisine I love spicy nachos, quesadillas, salsas, and guacamole dips. I love avocados, my favorite snack is avocados and corn chips, so whenever I find a new recipe for guacamole, or one that incorporates avocado I have to give it a try.

Chocolate fountains are very popular for weddings these days, but I’m sure they’d also be a hit for your next party. There are so many fun things you can dip in the chocolate from fruit, to Oreos, and marshmallows, yum!
Don’t think of a chocolate fountain as just food, although it is yummy! Think of it as part of the decorations, you can set up the fountian on it’s own table and use some nice crystal to hold the foods for your guests to dip.
