Superbowl Party Snack~ Southwest Caviar

Here’s an easy, healthy Superbowl party snack idea from Tostitos. The recipe is very simple, and prep time is only about 15 minutes.
Southwestern Caviar

2 (15 oz cans) black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup chopped green onions, bulbs and green tops
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
juice of one lime
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon olive oil
1 jalapeno, stemmed, seeded, and chopped ( for a spicier dip leave the seeds in)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon of salt

In a large bowl toss all the ingredients until evenly mixed. Serve with Tostitos(tm) Scoops, or other Frito-Lay chips for dipping.
