Here’s a great punch recipe for a kid’s Valentine’s Day party. For grownups, substitute ginger ale with champagne.

3  packages of strawberry flavor gelatin (9 ounces total)
9 cups water
2  cans pineapple juice (26 ounces total)
2 bottles ginger ale (4 liters total)

In a punch bowl, mix gelatine and water together.Stir in Juice. Just before serving, mix in ginger ale.

Note: You can also place punch (before using ginger ale) in freezer bags and freezing for a couple of hours to make punch “slushy”. Remove punch from bags, place in bowl and pour in ginger ale.
