Actually, he’ll drive by. My house! We’re hanging out on the front stoop with the neighbors, hoping for a glimpse.
I take for granted all the cool motorcades I’ve seen in my home town over the years. I guess it’s what you get when you grow up with the White House just down the street. My office is just around the corner from the President’s house, and I recently had the pleasure of leading a friend and visitor around the hood a month or so ago. She had no idea that our short jaunt would bring her face to face with one of the national icons, and it was such a kick to tell her, “Look where you are” and watch her reaction when she realized she was standing in front of the White House.
I love bringing my son up in this town. I have no regrets about moving back home
