AARP has announced the 2007 Best Employers for honoring innovative employers that have created welcoming workplaces for their 50-plus employees.
I&#8217;m not over 50, so, I don&#8217;t have first hand experience, but, I hope this listing doesn&#8217;t have the controversy that the Working Mother Magazine&#8217;s 100 Best Companies 2007 List has. 
What about you? Do you have experience at any of these companies? Are these benefits meaningful to &#8220;older&#8221; workers? Are the needs of older workers different than their younger counterparts?
