I was thinking today that we spend a lot of time writing about what we intend to do in our journals. Writing down our goals, dreams and otherwise stuff about making plans can sometimes take a lot of energy. Previously I’ve mentioned lists of 100. Today set up a page and write 100 things you will never do. You may actually find this a lot easier than you imagine. It’s liberating to write these thoughts down. In an effort to help you find purpose in life, or at least in writing your journal entries, spend some time writing a list of 100 goals you’d like to achieve. 100 may seem like a lot, but I challenge you to take a closer look at what it is you really want to achieve.
