Writing down our goals, dreams and otherwise stuff about making plans can sometimes take a lot of energy. Previously I&#8217;ve mentioned lists of 100. Today set up a page and write 100 things you will never do. You may actually find this a lot easier than you imagine. It&#8217;s liberating to write these thoughts down. Not just big general events like overseas travel, or writing a novel. Take the time to be specific. Write down the smallest dreams you have naming the places and the people involved. List the wild things you&#8217;ve only imagined and the practical happenings you really want to see come alive before you die. This is a list to work on over several days. Try to keep the page out in the open so you can see it as you go about your daily business. Seeing it will prompt you to keep thinking of the next items to add to your list. </p>
