Meijer Inc. Recalls Toddler Girl�s Hat and Mitten Sets Due to Choking Hazard

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Meijer Inc., of Grand Rapids, Mich., is voluntarily recalling about 100 Toddler Girl�s Hat and Mitten Sets.
