Rachel just shared her recipe for a  banana breakfast or dessert. She called it Crunchy Monkeys. It’s simply  a half banana with a stick stuck in it, spread with a peanut butter and honey mixture that is then sprinkled with granola.

Win a Copy of 30 Minute Meals

I really love cookbooks that offer meals that can be made when you get home from work. That’s why I know you’re gonna love this book, 30 Minutes or Less Favorite Foods. The book has 40 recipes for appetizers, snacks, main courses, and desserts that can be ready in 30 minutes or less. It also has generous pictures throughout, which always helps when trying a new recipe.

If you’d like to enter, leave a comment on this post by Tuesday, May 26th. I’ll choose a winner at random and announce the lucky guy or gal the next …read more

As usual, I was thinking about the 8 billion things I have to get done, while preparing a light meal. One of the ingredients was sweet relish. The bottle was almost empty…so I went to the ‘fridge to see if there was another, but what did I find? Near-empty …read more
