Chicken Parm Pasta Salad

We’re going to a picnic tomorrow, and one of the things we have to do is bring a “dish to pass.” Since it’s summer and I know we’ll be having burgers and brats, I wanted a starch to go along with the rest of our meal, but also something that would be substantial in and of itself.
