Because they are healthy and delicious, that&#8217;s why.
Pumpkin seeds contain large amounts of zinc which is good for guarding against upper respiratory infections, colds, and flu. There are omega-3s, magnesium, manganese, iron, tryptophan, and other important nutrients in them.

Pumpkin seeds are great for men&#8217;s health.  They help guard against prostate problems and when they are eaten on a regular basis (or the oil taken by capsules) they can heighten sexual pleasure immensely.

<p>They aren&#8217;t hard to prepare yourself, or you can get them at the health food store all ready shelled.</p>
<p>Remove any pulp clinging to the shells.</p>
<p>Spread them out evenly on a absorbent material and let them dry  overnight.</p>
<p>Roast in a single layer on a cookie sheet at 170F for 20 minutes.  Shell and eat.</p>
<p>Pumpkin seeds are good in muffins, granola, quick breads, salads, and even cookies.  I like to add pumpkin, flax, sunflower, and sesame seed to whole grain yeast bread as well.</p>
