 It seems that gas prices pushing beyond $4 is more than just Pennsylvania residents can handle &#8211; older, non-digital fuel dispensers cannot comprehend the numbers. Literally. Anything above $3.99 gets them out of whack.
Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell announced this weekend that gas stations in PA will be allowed to advertise half-gallon prices until upgrades to the older pumps can be made.
