Back to basics, so to say. If you are thinking of subscribing to the raw food diet, however, make sure you know the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raw_foodism#Potential_damage">potential risks of strictly adhering to raw foodism</a> so you can find ways to consciously prevent them.</p>
