I love easy recipes for weekday nights. I don’t like to hit the fast food, or eat too many prepackaged meals, but quick and easy are always on my radar. That’s why this easy potsticker recipe caught my eye. With purchased won ton skins these will make a quick, easy, and healthy weeknight dinner.
Wonton skins are a fun thing to keep stocked in your cupboard. You can stuff them with anything and make potstickers like the recipe below, or deep fry them stuffed, or by themselves for a yummy side to many meals. Just think about the possibilities.

Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Shells

I’m a big spinach fan, but I have a hard time getting the rest of my family to eat spinach, unless I bake it in something yummy. I’m very creative at adding spinach to recipes. I’ve made spinach scrambled eggs, spinach quiche, and spinach pizzas before. Spinach with pasta is one of my favorite combinations.
