Finding Humor in Our Alzheimer’s Days

Kathy, of KnowItAlz.com Blog commented on a post Liz recently wrote. She has written me before at Alzheimer’s Notes and I’m always truck by the inspiration I can find at her blog.
Kathy is the primary caregiver for her 78-year old father who has Alzheimer’s and lives with her. She tries, even though she has a very busy schedule, to find some light hearted humor to write about each day.

Posting Some Favorites on a Blogroll

I’m posting some of my favorite blogs and web sites on my blogroll, found toward the bottom of this page. Some of these are written by caregivers who either are currently in this role or who have been in the past. They understand what you’re going through and have encouragement to offer. Some may not post every day about caregiving, as you glimpse other aspects of their life, but at some time they’ve written about this disease as it affected them and a family member.
