Mt. Kilimanjaro Fund Raiser for Alzheimer’s

Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, in an Ascent for Alzheimer’s, will occur on World Alzheimer’s Day, September 21.  Ten climbers from around the world plan to call attention to this disease, as well as commemorate the 100th anniversary of the day when Alzheimer’s first was described.
Two Alzheimer’s Association staff members are among the climbers raising funds and supporting those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
