Ruth at Eating Fabulous has bought her first bottle of rice bran oil. And apparently, this type of oil is suppose to help promote cardiovascular health. I will have to check my local store, but my guess is I will have to travel to a health type grocer. It might be worth it though!

“Patch” Helps The Heart Grow New Cells

A new “patch” that is placed on damaged portions of a heart can help regenerate cardiac cells after a heart attack and regenerate heart function. This is pretty amazing stuff. Now if we can make the transition from rats to humans we could see a decrease in the need for heart transplants.
