I was talking with daughter about men and dating recently. She has a new boyfriend and so far he’s very different from her other boyfriends. He takes her places, he pays for things, he asks her questions about herself, really tries to get to know her. He works and goes to school. He goes home at a sensible hour when he’s got an early class. He’s responsible. Last night he came over and sat on the patio with her and when he left, she said, “I think I’m dating a man.”  I think she’s right.
