As of December 1, smoking just got a lot less appealing down under: As per new regulations on Australian cigarette packaging, branding is verboten and gruesome health warning labels are required to take center stage. It’s too soon to tell how the new anti smoking labels will impact smoking rates or associated illness, but it would be hard not to quit smoking with such bleak packaging staring you in the face. More
