Anxiety disorders during pregnancy

Treatment of anxiety is often surrounded by many issues, including a reluctance to accept treatment, no matter how badly it may be needed. However, once treatment is established, many people often wonder how they managed without it.
But, what happens if the person living with anxiety becomes pregnant? While taking medications is not advised during pregnancy or when nursing a baby, often the symptoms of anxiety worsen during pregnancy – especially during the first three months.
