Some lawsuits seem to get more ridiculous by the day. Case in point: An Ohio teacher is suing her former school district. Why? Because she claims she was forced to teach younger kids despite being terrified by them.

According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, 61-year-old Maria Waltherr-Willard has filed a lawsuit against the Ohio-based Mariemont City Schools, claiming that they discriminated against her based on age and her pedophobia–an extreme fear or anxiety around young children. Waltherr-Willard had worked for the school district for 35 years when she was moved from the high school to the middle school to teach. More »
