Fall is definitely apple season. It’s the time of year when apples are full of flavor and have that extra special crunch. I love cooking with apples, you can use them to make a sweet dessert, or even a savory dish.

The apples from the grocery stores really looked delicious the other day so I bought a bag and decided to make an apple crisp out of them. I haven’t made in a while so I figured yesterday was as good as any. What I like about apple crisp is that it’s not as tedious as making an apple pie. Peeling, coring and slicing the apple are the only steps that take a while but other than that it’s all easy after that.

I can’t remember the last time I made Apple Crisp. I make apple pie during Thanksgiving and whenever we’re craving for it but I think the last time I made Apple Crisp was like 5 years ago. It has been so long that I can’t remember how to make it.
