Apple-Cinnamon Bread Pudding 
Ingredients:
Serves 6-8
1 loaf cinnamon raisin bread (1 lb.) sliced
8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 Granny Smith apples, peeled & thinly sliced
1 cup golden raisins
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1 cup heavy cream or maple syrup
 
Directions:
The day before serving, generously butter a deep 2 qt. baking dish.

Am I the only one who pretends I’m Bill Gates watching those Apple commercials? How does Bill Gates feel watching those commercials?
It makes me giggle because it’s true. It’s sooo true.
And it’s about freaking time they included some women.
OK – I just love that they called her genius instead of geek. Not that I don’t love the name, Geek Squad. I so do. I just love that they were presumptuous enough to use the word Genius.

As is often the case with the internet, certain ideas start out small and then become huge deals. (When did you first lean about blogging?) Without sounding like “duh, how last week”, I think podcasts are the new huge deal.
