		<description><![CDATA[I am guessing that you have heard a bald person say this at least once, &#8220;lack of hair, can only mean that the brain is busy with more important functions&#8221;.  In my opinion this means that bald people are smarter than people who have a full head of hair.
I have decided to prove this statement.  I am a woman, who isn&#8217;t technically completely bald &#8211; but has enough hair issues to be considered at least semi bald, part time.  Semi bald is still bald in my book&#8230;..
