When To Let Your Child Babysit?

I remember babysitting children at a very young age, I can’t recall exactly what but I know it was after 8 and before 12. Today there are so many rules where you can or cannot leave your child home alone, certain states have certain rules for when a person can babysit and some even require a child to have a license to watch children.

Thankful for Teens
As you know, we’ve had somewhat of a trying year with our teens. At the very least, they’ve been a handful. Between the teen attitude, teaching them to drive, trying to get them to do their dang homework, battling over chores and everything else, I’m worn out.
But then here we are on Thanksgiving Day (at least here in the U.S.) and I’m reminded about all of the things I’m thankful for with these teens.
