Did you know there is a special day set aside to celebrate bacon? There is! September 5th is International Bacon Day. I thought I’d get a jump on the celebration with a couple yummy recipes incorporating bacon over the next few days.
I think this first recipe is very interesting, with the savory flavor of bacon combined with the sweet flavor of a cookie, and the rich taste of peanut butter. I think I might have to give these cookies a try myself.
