My husband has been working weird hours lately, so I’ve been eating alone a couple of nights a week. Over the next few posts, I’m going to share some of my favorite quick and easy “recipes”!
Bagel Tuna Melt
1 bagel (preferably everything or onion)
1 can of your favorite tuna (in water, not oil)
Chopped onion
Chopped celery
2 tbsp mayonaise or Miracle Whip
1/2 c shredded cheddar
Slice bagel in half and put in the toaster oven or broiler to warm. Drain tuna and combine in a bowl with mayo, onion, and celery. Add salt, pepper, oregano, and any other seasonings you like. Mix well. Put …read more
