Is there anyone on this planet who is somewhat connected to their computer who doesn’t know about social networking sites? I can not go anywhere without running into someone talking about Facebook, MySpace or Twitter. Now the baldies have their own networking site, at Alopecia World. It is a brand new social networking site for people with alopecia, and those who love them.

Alopecia in Children

This is a really interesting interview with Dermatologist Morris Westfried MD, discussing treatments for children with Alopecia. It’s really great news that there are workable treatments available in this country. Although, I am not so sure that if I was a kid with Alopecia, that I would be able to sit still long enough for all of those steroid injections.
