Let’s see… 30 minutes. That is all it takes to lower your risk for heart disease, help combat type 2 diabetes, lower blood pressure, increase energy, lower cholesterol and help to beat cancer.
You don’t need to spend hours at the Gym and spend thousands of dollars on equipment, just get yourself out there for a brisk after dinner walk and use some cheap sand dumbbells or soup cans. Heck, I even use my kids as a barbell sometimes and do sit ups with them on my legs.
