Whenever I’m in a hurry to clean, I end up doing just the basics and calling it a “lick and slick.” (My grandmother used to use this phrase a lot.) Basically, it’s when you make your house clean enough. I used to love cleaning and really enjoy spending the time to put things in order. You know it’s funny when you think you have it bad and then you read something from a total stranger who just simply had it worse all along.
