I asked a few of you recently to describe your idea of bliss. To me, it’s a day at home with my family. Plain and simple. In this busy world, I cherish the times we can be together with nothing important to do, and just hang out and enjoy our lives.

Are you in a happy state?
No, I don’t mean a happy state of mind, but rather an actual location. Yeah, times are hard right now, but we all know people that remain happy no matter the circumstances. (Aren’t those people annoying? haha – Just kidding. I’d like to be counted among them actually!)
The very happy folks at Gallup did a study that determined where the happiest U.S. residents are…. (drum roll please)…. and the winner is: Utah.

Having a friend tell you that you have this sad air around you that’s so thick that he can stand being around you is no picnic. Hearing you rant and vent about a loss or betrayal has become a constant dread. Discerning a negative and lonely aura coming from you has turned into an appalling attribute. Your countenance reflects a defeated individual, seemingly foolish and pathetic. Harsh but true.
