<p><strong>Cat/Cow</strong></p>
<p>On hands and knees, inhale, heart moves forward, head lifts, shoulder blades pull together and work towards the hips.</p>
<p>On the exhale, head drops, stomach lifts towards spine, back rounds.</p>
<p>Repeat with the breath 5-10 times.</p>
