Seems Mr. Barkley’s (rather, Misters Danger Mouse and Cee-Lo) latest music video for their newest song “Run” contains strobe effects that fail the Harding Test, therefore resulting in a big fat “nuh-uh, nope, not gonna play it” from MTV.
