Blueberries are good for you? Did you know that? You probably did – it’s no secret. But what is a secret is some of the great recipes you can make with blueberries. I’ll admit it, I love blueberries like nobody’s business. I love the taste and marvel at the fact that I actually enjoy something that’s a “power food.” I’ll put them on cereal, in muffins, tarts, you name it. But burgers?

I’ve discovered Cyndi’s Busy Family Meals blog (another b5media blog) and enjoy her quick recipes. I’ve written a “Country Kitchen” cooking column for years and have explored various types of foods and cooking. I find now I search for recipes and meal ideas that are quick to prepare and lend themselves to a very busy lifestyle.
