If you haven’t planned your menu for the 4th of July yet, check out the Healthy 4th of July Recipes and Menus at Eating Well. The Tomato-&-Olive-Stuffed Portobello Caps sounds reaaaally good to me! Tomatoes, olives, garlic — that’s a good dose of antioxidants for a healthy heart! Plus a dash of rosemary, said to be good for the brain!
Check out the other recipes at Eating Well for more healthy mains, side dishes, desserts, and more! Happy 4th of July!

I’ve been browsing an old nutrition magazine and came across a fairly new product in the market: Breyers’ Smart! Yogurt.

This yogurt has fruit on the bottom, all natural, lowfat and what sets is apart is that it is enhanced with DHA Omega-3 produced from algae, a natural, vegetarian source of DHA that is important not only for supporting brain functions, but also in eye and heart health.
