Bikini wax dangers – and banning?

Although it’s mostly women who go for waxing around their genitals, some men do it too. But did you know that in some states, this is actually illegal?
For example, the state of New Jersey allows waxing of arms, legs, abdomen, neck and face, but their books don’t mention Brazilian waxes specifically.
Believe it or not, so-called Brazilian waxes can be harmful. I remember reading about a case of a woman with diabetes who developed a raging infection, likely because of an in-grown hair or microscopic tear of the very sensitive skin. And, it seems that this isn’t unusual.

“Clean” Bikini Line

I have tried some pretty extreme ways to remove the hair from my bikini line. Two of them are so embarrassing I’ll resist my compulsion to share them with you.
I just tried the new Noxema Soothe and Smooth Refreshing Bikini Spray which claims to relieve irritation, bumps and redness. It does not work. Don’t waste your money.
