I have a good mind to send a polite, albeit slightly turse note to the folks who are responsible for Visa’s Small Business brand identity development. Not because their advertising is offensive in any way, essentially it’s just as banal as any other financial institution’s consumer marketing.

Why is it that sometimes the complicated jobs go off with out a hitch but the simple jobs always, always! turn out to be a stress-filled circus act with planning worthy of NASA mission control?
