And I Concur: Best Sports Bra for Women

I have to agree with one of SheFinds.com’s choices for the best sports bra out there: the Natori is supreme. And I thought that Champion was good! This one is particularly special because it combines the usual lift-and-separate technique along with supreme support that’s perfect for low/medium impact exercises like walking and cyling. Since this bra goes up to 40DDD, it’s particularly useful for the heavy-chested women who do not think a uni-chested look is cute. (Who does? I think some of us have learned to live with it.)

The summer crunch is so on! Every time I go to the gym, I feel like it has filled up with more and more people– but I’m having trouble finding my plus friends out there! As fun as it is to be working out, and working out well, I’m sad not to see anyone who’s larger than your average 12s.

On My New Goal of the Week
My one goal of the week? Saving my feet! I hate that “running burn” that I get at the gym (yes, even when speed-walking). Sometimes I want to blast my way through a workout and my feet just. hurt. Plus ladies can have problems with their feet and ankles, and that includes me.
