Herniated discs: also called slipped discs, bulging discs or ruptured discs, they can happen anywhere along the spine, from the neck right down to the lower back.

Do you have a slipped disc?

One of the most common lower back injuries is a slipped disc – also called a ruptured disc, herniated disc, or bulging disc. Although we can read about what it is, sometimes it’s easier when it’s shown to you.

Back and/or neck pain is one of the most common complaints of pain in the Western world. Some statistics say that back pain is number two after colds for people going to see the doctor.
