Moroccan-Style Beef with Bulgur
Today, September 22, is the first day of fall, time to start thinking about hearty, soothing dishes for the colder months. MOROCCAN-STYLE BEEF KABOBS WITH SPICED BULGUR
1 lb. boneless beef top sirloin steak or beef tenderloin steaks, cut 1 inch thick pieces

3 tablespoons orange juice
