Want to make homemade Twinkies? Someone gave me this pan for one of my wedding showers, and it has been a big hit. There are a couple different recipes you can use (vanilla or chocolate) and the flavor and uniqueness of the cakes can’t be beat. It’s actually very easy to do (especially because they give you the injector for the crème).
These little cakes are fresh and yummy. Especially when you make the chocolate ones, they are a very big hit with kids (and adults) alike.

One of my dreams in my Culinary “wannabe” world is to be able to create special cakes the way professional do. Expert bakers seem to be able to mold and stretch out fondant to turn a cake into whatever their clients want. I would love to be able to do that one day. One of my plans is to actually enroll myself in a Culinary vocation course. But until that happens, I think buying shaped cake pans will help me practice, somehow.
