I was reading today about how Nicole Kidman opened up to Easy Living magazine about her marriage to Tom Cruise. Feeling like her career, her goals, were always secondary – the primary responsibility being to support Tom’s career first.
I can’t imagine she’s alone in feeling that way her marriage. While I’m fortunate enough to be in a marriage where there is an ebb and flow to who needs extra support on any given day, it’s never a question that we both have incredibly important things we want to accomplish.

How To Know What Career You Were Meant For?
Many times, you’ll hear everyone from career counseling coaches to Donald Trump say “You Have To Love What You Do.”
Yet, those words often sound so vague to me. What does it mean to LOVE what you do?
