In the LOLcat world, Ceiling Cat (link not for those with delicate sensibilities) has emerged, so to speak, as a sort of mascot.

Tubbypaws has created a printable, do-it-yourself Ceiling Cat that you glue together and stick to your ceiling to create your own all-seeing kitty. Cute!

I just realized I never posted about MacroCats here! I started MacroCats.com last March after discovering I had a huge collection of lolcats saved and wanted to share them. The site got off to a great start and last December I pitched it to b5 and happily moved in not long after.

What’s a lolcat? Basically they’re pictures of cats in either normal or humorous situations with captions. That’s it. The grammar is usually awful which is said to contribute to the humor because cats are usually so dignified. Some people don’t get it but those who do will have something to entertain them for a while!
